Overview of Meeting Expectations and Rundown

• Ask for help or clarification if needed!! We're all here to support each other!!
• Meeting organisation
  • We'll pick out a time and day to have our weekly meetings, this will be organised by Lucy
• Gatekeeper training
  • We'll do this ASAP so all of committee at least can hold room and get onto doing duties

• Voting rundown
  • Voting yes or no or abstaining
  • Raising your hand as we motion what we're voting on

Unigames Regulations

• We are required to go over the Unigames regulations
• Regulation 2:
  • The Committee may make decisions on a consensus basis. That is, a formal vote is not required if there are no objections to a decision.
  • Motion to approve this regulation:
    • Passes unanimously
• Passing this regulation means that we don't have to individually approve each regulation unless someone objects. If someone objects then we discuss and evaluate
• Regulation 23
  23. The clubroom may be left unsupervised by a gatekeeper in some circumstances.
  24. This can only be done if all three of the following conditions are true:
      1. There are other people in the clubroom, who have been instructed to not touch the money box and have been informed of the situation.
      2. The money box is visible to the webcams.
      3. The gatekeeper in question is going to the bathroom, searching Cameron Hall for another gatekeeper, or taking some other task that will take no more than two minutes.
  25. In all other scenarios, all people should be removed from the clubroom and it should be locked.
• We no longer have the webcams cameras and as such should change this regulation
• 23.1.2: The money box is in a visible central location on one of the three tables in the room
• Motion to approve this regulation change:
  • Passes Unanimously

Subcom Regulations

• We discussed regs 7.1, there is an issue with clarity ion the wording
  • Potential rewording: The subcommittee does not have the power to distribute funds independently of their respective clubs. Any finances required are to be sourced from the club(s) involved in the event.
  • This may still need further reworking but cannot be solely changed by Unigames
• Motion to approve wording change of regulation 7.1
  • Passes unanimously

• We discuss the new Unigames Code of Conduct

• Some of these might change when we get to meeting 1 as we don't have everyone here today
