Blood on the Clock Tower Event - Study Break, 7th or 10th of April

• Hemsley learning suite has been proposed as another option, but ezone will be fine probably

Call of Cthulhu One-shot Night - Week 4, @ 5pm on the 20th of March

• It is this Friday!!
• Lucy has organised this
• 5 GMS obtained, 4 reservations and 1 on standby
• Lucy has the game descriptions, player numbers and content warnings
• It will be on Friday 20th @5pm
• Feedback has been about not putting reservations on discord, or making them known

Paranoia Oneshot Night - Week 6, Tuesday, 31st March, 5pm

• Anna would like to run this
• Maybe early to run in the semester due to horror themes but it's fineeeee
• Possible content warnings, we will announce as needed
• 4 GM's found!! And a potential backup!

• 12th is UniLAN but it is fine cos it is better to do them more regularly

Strixhaven Pre-release - Sunday 19th April

• We need to do EMP and advertising - Don't need to do yet as we're over a month away
• Someone will need to contact Good Games - Sven can do this, Nate will tag along
• No updates, people gotta be emailed!

7 Point Decks

• Sven would like two more decks
• Its been pretty popular with a lot off fresher interest
  • Sven wants to gauge interest at TCG Oday
• Ash is happy to help make the decks
  • We will need to get sleeves and boxes as well
  • Ash was interested in getting commissioned for the decks
  • We will need to further discuss this and we will need more information from Ash
  • We're leaning against as it feels a lot different from other commission work we have had done in the past it but will do more research into this
• We are thinking it is a no for commissioning them
• But we should get more 7 point decks though!

Spiderman Pack

• We need to get rid of them
  • We should just put them out at least

TCG O'Day - Week 3, Tuesday the 10th of March @ 5pm

• It happened!!
• Attendance: 15
• It was so great, interest was high in Pokemon and One Piece (and others)

One Piece TCG event

• Sven and Nate would like to run this
• Using TCG Oday to gauge interest
• Might be worth combining with Pokemon event - we have now decided against this
• Lots of interest, worth doing an intro to One Piece event
• Week 7-9 would be when we plan to run this

Uncharity Vigil - Friday-Saturday the 6-7th of February

• We raised $825.85! Door and raffle money is being sorted out now
  • With door and raffle finalised, the total is $944.00

• This also can be problematic as tenancy might actually do the promised renovations, and we have just lost like a fifth of our money

• The theme is Proshtunes, we're doing Bardcore with UNISFA

• We will need a car to drive stuff
• Ronan and Sven will defo be there, but we will decide more people who will come in next meeting

Regulation changes

• Anna has ideas to change the regulation which allows someone who vacuums or empties bin to get a $1 treat to instead be $1 towards a treat used immediatey, she will draft this later

Banking

• Due to this resignation, we have decided to delay changing the signatories/contacts on our CommBank, Square and ABN
  • This would create unnecessary paperwork and be time consuming to do twice
  • Anna is the primary contact on all of these, as well as Connor being the other signatory, both of whom are still on committee (technically)
  • This means these accounts are still accessible and usable and in trusted hands while we wait to elect a new Treasurer
