Blood on the Clock Tower Event - Study Break, Friday 10th of April

• We are having issues with resource booker, things will be sorted though
• Hemsley learning suite has been proposed as another option, but EZONE will be fine probably

Call of Cthulhu One-shot Night - Week 4, @ 5pm on the 20th of March

• Backup GM wasn't necessary
• It was great!

Paranoia Oneshot Night - Week 6, Tuesday, 31st March, 5pm

• Anna would like to run this
• Possible content warnings, we will announce as needed
• 4 GM's found!! And a potential backup!
• Rex offers to GM, we will probably be fine

• We do have date, 23rd of May though may have to move forward
• Someone else will need to be there besides Lucy

Uncharity Vigil - Friday-Saturday the 6-7th of February

• We raised $825.85! Door and raffle money is being sorted out now
  • With door and raffle finalised, the total is $944.00

PROSH - Week 4, Wednesday the 18th of March

• The theme is Proshtunes, we're doing Bardcore with UNISFA
• 21 attendance, Hay Street Mall East was where we were
• Ella will be head marshal
• Valerie, Ronan and Sophie were overnight
  • Pretty busy all night
• Prosh Olympics happened attendance was 5ish

Regulation changes

• Anna has ideas to change the regulation which allows someone who vacuums or empties bin to get a $1 treat to instead be $1 towards a treat used immediately, she will draft this later
• Regulations 24-25 changes
  24. After emptying a bin or recycling bin in Cameron Hall, a club member may be awarded $1 worth of credit for immediate use on consumables within the Unigames clubroom.
  25. The responsible gatekeeper is neither obligated to award credit (for instance, in the case of the bin being emptied when it was already nearly empty), nor barred from awarding themselves or other gatekeepers credit - though in such a case they still have to have actually emptied the bin.
  26. Members shall not be eligible to claim a credit if they have already received a reward for the same instance of that action from another club. After vacuuming the clubroom, a club member may be awarded $1 worth of credit for immediate use on consumables within the Unigames clubroom.
