• They thought of running a cube
  • Preset list of cards opened from packs
  • Random cards are distributed
  • Decks are then drafted
• There are preset cub lists we can use
  • Chaos cube looks to be the one we would use
• We would need to use sleeves
  • These resources can be reused for other cube events
• Use cube set for future events
• We'll need a list of resources so we can budget for this
• We could look at doing something like this online in Table Top Simulator (TTS)

Tokyo Alley - Week 10, Saturday-Sunday the 9th-10th of May

• It's been!
• We ran:

• Attendance of ~20 over the whole weekend
• There were some organisational issues
  • We requested to be in a quiet area though it was very loud due to other activities near us
  • It seems like most of committee was unaware Chrome was one of our GMs
    • Seems like their attendance was mostly organised in DMs and was not on the schedule
    • Due to this they had not been given the time to meet at the con and waited nearly 2hrs
  • Finn agreed to assist with pack down however it became obvious on the day that they were the only one who was able to help
    • They had to drop the games in Cam hall by themself as they were Lucy's ride home but Lucy is too injured to help
  • Issues with assistance for moving games from the con back to Cam Hall
    • No other cars were organised, as people weren't available
    • It the assumption was Lucy, Rex and Apollo all go in Finn's car with boardgames, as we didn't realise who was going where
  • It did not get recorded that Sven would not be attending the event, so we forgot!
  • Committee generally didn't all understand what was going on, so it was hard to answer questions
• The event itself was nice however organisation could have been better

Charity Vigil - Easter weekend, 3rd to 4th April

Swancon

• Annual convention for boardgames!
• We like to get our librarian to go to investigate games we might want!
• Last year it was a little lackluster, do we want to still go?
  • It was one year, it's worth still going!
• It's pay what you want for entry this year, we can pay full price!

Pixel Expo - August 15-16th
