RPG Playtest Night - Sem break

• Recommended by one of our members, Harlowe
• People bring games they've made for the intention to playtest for feedback
  • We definitely have members who've been working on their own games
    • Seems like a lot of people have their own systems!
• We can also do playtests within established RPGs like monsters, classes etc
• Rex will take this event on
• Ella is interested in integrating writing a oneshot with Phoenix
  • We'll look into running this with a Phoenix workshop

GM Workshop - July 29th or August 26th

• Panel display in a lecture theater, then go to Loft for Phoenix "making a oneshot" night

  • Not enough attendance to matter, happened in Unigames clubroom instead

• We will need to pay for the prerelease and a box
  • Motion to approve usage of the club card to pay for prerelease and new Marvel box

• The next prerelease is The Hobbit, it will likely be very popular
  • Nate will have a chat with Good Games regarding a few payment issues and sign up issues that have happened
