  • We'll look into running this with a Phoenix workshop
    • Rex and Ella will have a yap about this
• We'll run this in the loft and clubroom

• Kynan has been working on some of the challenges
• He's also contacted TTECU for a possible collab like we did last year
• We should take a look at scheduling and advertising now
  • Aim to do advertising and sign ups for O Week
  • Session 0 covering basics
  • Games starting week 3
• Possibility of doing prizing with GGs
  • Once we know sign up numbers we can look into this further
• EOI will be out today

  • Pretty much everything else is done

Good Games Morley Meeting

• Nate and Ella spoke to GGs
• Nate was missing some documentation for prerelease
  • We have information now and will work on a handover
• Knowing how many people we'll have for a prerelease makes it easier for them to provide us resources
  • Telling them kit numbers ASAP means we can get the appropriate allocation for ourselves and for GGs
  • They would like us to have exact numbers especially for bigger events so we don't have any left over and they can use them for their own events
• Ideally they would like us to have numbers 2 months ahead
  • This is not as doable but we can at least ballpark a number and update closer to the date
• Pretty productive meeting!
• Our current logins may not be correct, this needs to be checked

Magic and Mayhem Camp - Semester break, 3-6 July

• It's been!
• 48 attendance overall
  • 4 people who bought tickets did not attend
• Shopping list had a couple issues
  • It was copied from joint camp last year, though we have a different menu
    • The joint camp shopping list had issues too
  • When the cooking guide was changed, it was not reflected in the menu breakdown (and this was not cross-referenced)
  • The menu could also consider what creates good leftovers, such as the pasta night's chicken
    • We should go through and fully update the shopping list post camp, so when it gets copied for next year it is correct
• Job roster should be "cleaning" instead of dishes, because dishes also includes packing away food or cleaning the grill

  • so that we can see all of the games there and have a checklist of all games
  • also would help for repairs and recording repairs
    • also may be worth putting it into the website

  • It requires the president to be a delegate which may cause issues
    • We will bring this to CA-CAW and will look into approving by circular later on
      • 4.5.3.1 was not intended to refer to meetings but instead forums (such as Discord servers). This is fine
