  • Mailling list updated with new members and the first digest went out
  • Couldn't be bothered extracting the action items from the last minutes, so I wrote a program to do it for me
  • I plan to automate the entirety of Unigames within the year.

• Librarian's Report:

  • Some magazines that we want to throw out
  • Binning a lot of things
  • Changed password to LibraryThing
  • Trying to find something less bad than Librarything
  • Contacting Peter Brian Williams for details about AD&D books
  • Going to label shelves
  • Going to make a post about White Dwarf magazines, if no-one wants them we'll bin them
  • Some changes to the borrowing system happening: D&D players handbook can only be borrowed out overnight. (1 day due date)
  • Three strikes policy: Overdue books give you a strike. Three strikes and you can't borrow stuff anymore
  • Librarian may make exceptions for exceptional circumstances

• Wednesday: regular board games night (14/03)
• IEEE board games night on Thursday, EECE Common room 3.03, 5:30PM
• Week 5 UPS Board games night
• Taylor advertised us to other clubs for more inter-clup events at club carnival

Gavin: make a post on Presidents page for inter-club board games

Magic:

• Sealed League has officially started up!
• Four people signed up right now, more are on the way
• Please come join sealed league

Wargames and Painting:

• Painting event on the 27th March
• Big model buy happening for the Wargaming folks
• Jake might organise campaign, if there's enough interest

• Vouchers for printing expire within a week
• Printing PIN code is in the cabinet if we want to use it

Bottled Water Price

• For the month of March, 50c of all bottled water sales will go to WaterAid, Cat's charity
• After March, the price of bottled water will drop to 50c

After hours access

• We need to fill out a form so security can't kick us out late at night

• Getting people together for first aid training makes everything cheaper

• Passwords for a lot of things need to be updated
