  • It was all good!
• Mani has offered to increase prizing with TTECU's money
  • Initial plan was 50/50
  • ECU offered to bring in more of their money for it
  • It feels a little unfair, especially considering the club sign up splits
    • We're already at $350+ prize pool
  • We will stick to the 50/50, giving TTECU $175 and keeping $175 for ourselves to buy prizing
    • But will confirm once we've had all our sign ups

Hobbit Prerelease

• Need GGs to confirm if they have a maximum they can provide for us
• Advertising has been done

• A member Ash has mentioned wanting to write instructions on how to use the decks and the sideboards
  • Ash has done 1/4 decks

    • Committee is mixed - some want to get rid of some, others want to keep the decks
      • If we get rid of them for space, why not get rid of other games that aren't as played
    • Decks are out of date, but those that play don't care

Keys

• Ella would like for VP to have a monolith key
  • VP already has room key, makes sense for them to not have to open the lock box to get the monolith key
• We will have to adjust the regulations

8. The four keys to the Monolith shall be distributed as follows: One copy shall be kept by the President and Vice President each, one shall be kept in the lockbox on the door, and one copy shall remain in the combination key box in the filing cabinet.
   1. In the event that any of the above keys are misplaced, it shall be the responsibility of that key's custodian to replace the respective lock.
