Boardgames
PHPS Collab - Week 4, Monday the 11th of August @ 4pm
- It was earlier this week!
- Attendance: 20!
- More than expected, Anna says PHPS was very lovely
- Went well with the high attendance, had 4 or 5 Unigamers, most of the people there were PHPS
- Attendance might have been helped by the event being put on Guild's What's On Weekly
- PHPS will be borrowing games from us for their own event in a couple of weeks
Social Deduction Boardgames - Week 6, Tuesday the 26th of August
- Date will be changed to Tuesday the 26th of August so it doesn't coincide with the Phoenix workshop
- Connor has to redo the EMP for it to reflect this
Connor: EMP and advertising for Social Deduction Boardgames
UWARC Collab - Week 8, Tuesday the 16th of September @ 3pm
- The boardgames will be around 3-6pm, with the skate session happening at 6pm

- 22/09 -Giumelli 206 & 207
- 29/09 - Giumelli 206 & 207
- Once week 1 is over Ash will contact Good Games Morley about organising prizing
- Mani who runs Tabletop ECU has told us that they can just get grants to cover prizing for the league, but then this has us questioning what we actually make people pay entry for
- Unigames doesn't aim to make profit from our events, we try to minimise the amount spent if possible
- Ash is sorting this out with Mani, and it will be sorted out before next week's meeting
Ash: Communicate with Mani about Precon League pricing
MtG Club Decks
- Gibbi is mostly done making the lists for the decks
- Ash has sent us the descriptions of the club decks they've been working on
- Ash has also started working on lists for the 7P Highlander Decks
Ash: Organise the new Highlander proxy decks
Other TCGs
Pokemon Tournament
- People are interested in having a tournament in the future, which we will hopefully organise within the next 1-2 months
- Things are busy so this will be put on the backburner for at least a couple of weeks
Jeremy, Nene: Ponder the orb on another Pokemon event
Updating the Club Pokemon Decks
- Jeremy sent the potential decks to the Pokemon chat on the discord to get opinions from members about what decks we should use, we've already received a bit of feedback
- Hopefully they will be sorted by next week
Intro to Flesh and Blood - Week 4, Wednesday the 13th of August @ 12pm
- It was yesterday!
- Attendance: 8
- A few new players showed up
- There's quite a bit of interest, could be cool to run a casual game day in the future

- 8 tickets have been sold so far
Warhammer 40k Tournaments - Study Break, Saturday the 6th of September @ 8 am
- Ticket pricing will be sorted out next week or the week after, depending on how AOS ticket sales are going
- Because we've changed the date of the Busy Bee to accomodate RP4Life, it will coincide with this event instead
Gen: Look at storage solutions for Warhammer terrain
Blood Bowl
Blood Bowl League
- Ideally announcements for the next Blood Bowl League should be sent out this weekend
- Entry would stay $10 like previous leagues
- Hopefully the league would run for maximum 5 months, until January of next year, with 10 rounds and 2 weeks for each round
- 11s format would like to be maintained, apparently multiple people have said they do not like to play 7s
- Since this meeting there has been a poll put up to decide between a 7s or 11s format, format will be decided on next week
- We will have to migrate to a new website also as the previous one has been shut down, we will have to make an account for this
- Start date is ideally at the beginning of September
- A budget will be drafted for the league as well as there are multiple expenses involved, this budget will be done up and organised tonight and approved by circular
- We are also interested in getting another Blood Bowl Commissioner, we will be putting out a form for people to apply for the position using
Anna: Do up the budget for Blood Bowl League
Gen: Set up the new account for the Blood Bowl League
Lucy: Advertising for the Blood Bowl League
Lucy: Write up a commissioner form

- Lucy will organise advertising and Gen will do the EMP
Lucy: Advertising for Mini Painting Day
Gen: Do EMP for Mini Painting Day
Trench Crusade Game Day - Week 5, Saturday the 23rd of August @ 12-5pm
- Everyone organising this is very busy so badges and lanyards are being put on the back burner in favour of the terrain and paper minis
- Lucy will look at what terrain we have is suitable for the game day
Jack: Do up the paper minis for the Trench Crusade Game Day
Wargame O-Day
- Lucy and Jeremy are interested in running another Wargaming O-Day
- More similar to our TCG and RPG O-Days than the similar event we ran last year
- Would likely be in week 8

General Business
Gatekeepers
- Gen is going to take over doing the Gatekeeper FAQ document as a long term goal
- We were suggested to have a gatekeeper list so people can easily see who is a current gatekeeper
- Pros for having a list:
- If we have photos on the list it can make gatekeepers easily identifiable to both other gatekeepers and members
- The flipside of this though is that if we have to remove a gatekeeper for any reason it is made obvious to club members, something that is undesirable for both committee and the gatekeeper
- If we have photos on the list it can make gatekeepers easily identifiable to both other gatekeepers and members
- Cons for having a list:
- We already have a list on the discord, checking the gatekeeper channel has a list of the current gatekeepers
- If assumptions are being made about who is a gatekeeper, an additional list probably wouldn't help
- We do a vote and most of us are against having a list, so we aren't actioning it
Gen: Finish the Gatekeeper FAQ document
Webkeepers
- No updates
Connor: Talk to the webkeepers about changing constitution and amendments on the website
Busy Bee - Study Break, Saturday the 6th of September @ 11am
- Busy Bee has been moved to the 6th of September to accomodate for RP4Life, but will be on the same day as a tournament nene check which one
- Tenancy offered to get us a skip bin for the Busy Bee, which might be a good idea for getting rid of the junk we send up to the Loft
Nene: Let everyone know about Busy Bee
Inter-club Cleanup - Week 4, Tuesday the 12th of August @ 12-2pm
- It happened!
- Attendance: 5
- A not very well organised event
- Free glass of wine was nice though, says Anna
- It was okay, the idea behind it is good
- Also where Unigames was stationed on Oak Lawn... It gets cleaned there
- Ella says hype
Room Updates
Eunigames Playmats
- No updates
Sponsorship Posters
- The printers are busted so it can't be printed
Jack: Print out the sponsorship poster
Kallax
- We return to the Kallax
- A 2x2 might be more ideal than a 2x4 because a 2x4 would be tall and block the eyeline from one table to another, which is important for managing the clubroom
- A 2x4 might also be insecure if it's standing tall against the couches, especially if things are being taken in and out, could be a risk of it falling over
- Anna is measuring as we speak to see if the gap fits a Kallax
- We take a vote and agree that if a 2x4 is put up against the wall (not against the couches) it would be suitable
- We also agree that this would be a good use for the SPG
Dice Trays
- We could put dice trays on the SPG and see if we get the money for it
- If we don't then Lucy will fashion us some

Painting the Wargaming Minis
- Progress is still being made on all the mini painting
Mini Magnets

Objective Markers
- We have received feedback about our objective markers for wargaming
- They are fraying at the edges
- They are not centered (which does affect gameplay)
- We also don't have enough, we need 6 more
- Jeremy emailed them, waiting to hear back
- Jeremy will print and laminate the markers as a solution (at least for now...)
Jeremy: Make our own objective markers

Committee Business
Banking
- Anna thinks we should get an ABN
- All the other Cam Hall clubs have an ABN
- Pros:
- Will mean we don't have to remake the whole square account with every new treasurer
- We will get a bank card, yay!
- Will make Square stuff a lot easier in the long run
- (Slight) Cons:
- We wouldn't have to submit a tax return, but would have to submit a form stating we are Not For Profit
- Getting an ABN could mean we get audited (this is fine, we hate lying)
- This is something Anna would like to do in the long term, and hence won't be done immediately
Anna: Continue working on the ABN
