LARP1001

• Event happened, 1 person showed up
• Event ran for half the time
• Lessons for next time:
  • Advertise better (poster, facebook invites, UWALARPers page, word of mouth at events
  • Run event as a training session, throwing drills, fighting drills, skirmishes, target practice and then LARP events (should write a schedule)
  • Should schedule a snack break
  • Set up with 1 person 30 min before the event was not enough, either earlier of with more people.

OGM [10th September]:

• New consitutional amendment was proposed
• Fixing a bunch of stuff, with two functional changes

Roleplay for Life [14th/15th September]:

• EMP is mostly done
• Final touches are being put on it

• Games are being organised

Charity Vigil [28th/29th September]:

• We're putting $10 as a budget towards emergency expenses, and any remainder will go to charity
