• There has been some feedback on the alignments charts
  • There have been some concerns about the sensibility of the topics and them being nonsensical
• Committee believes the alignment charts around larger events/fresher welcomes/Uni intakes are should be more normal but besides that, they can be silly
• If an alignment chart is not appropriate it can be removed and redone

• It seems like a bunch of names from 2024 had not been removed from the 'organisation members'
  • Lucy needed to be there to update the organisation members, luckily they came for fun and it was done
  • Names need to be updated when committee changes as people listed in the organisation members as those listed still have some power of the bank processes
    • We'll include this information in 2026 handovers
