• We toss a couple ideas around including 'Mad Science RPGs' which is pretty cool

Spider-Man Prerelease - Week 8, Sunday the 21st of September

• Next prerelease is for Spider-man
• Ash will contact GGs about getting kits for it

MTG Precon League

• Once week 1 is over Ash will contact Good Games Morley about organising prizing
• Ash talked to Mani about prizing, $15 will remain the entry fee and all of that money will go towards prizing, Tabletop ECU will apply for their grant and if they get it there will be double prizing
  • We will purposefully not advertise this to combat a competitive spirit that may arise
• First day is next week on 25/08 and will be in EZONENTH 109 and 111

MtG Club Decks

• Gibbi is mostly done making the lists for the decks
• The 7P Highlander Decks are complete and have been playtested extensively by Ash, both the decks are balanced into each other
  • Everything is done, just waiting on sleeves and deck boxes (which waits on SPG)
• Depending on the popularity of the Highlander decks we may get more in the future

Other TCGs

Pokemon Tournament

• People are interested in having a tournament in the future, which we will hopefully organise within the next 1-2 months
• Things are busy so this will be put on the backburner for at least a couple of weeks

Updating the Club Pokemon Decks

• Jeremy sent the potential decks to the Pokemon chat on the discord to get opinions from members about what decks we should use, we've already received a bit of feedback
• Hopefully they will be sorted by next week
• Feedback was received on the deck suggestions, like the 7P Highlander Deck we are just waiting on the sleeves and deckboxes for them to be complete

FAB Casual Game Day - Week 7, Wednesday the 10th of September @ 12pm

• We could run a casual game day in week 7, likely on a Wednesday as that's the unofficial Flesh and Blood Day
• Wednesday week 7 from 12-2 seems like the vibe

Warhammer

Age of Sigmar Tournament - Week 4, Sunday the 17th of August @ 8 am

• It was last weekend!
• Ended up going down to 6 tickets as 2 people dropped out
• Felt better than a usual 40k tournament, we should consider doing more AOS in the future
• Lucy's badges ended up looking very nice and were well-received (and they got to keep one of the ones they made)
• We should do a feedback form for this as it's a new sort of event we've run

Warhammer 40k Tournament - Study Break, Saturday the 6th of September @ 8 am

• We need to organise ticket prices for this still, the current idea is we go back to running tickets through Matt for this tournament because of the big loss we had on the AOS tournament
  • So far we have lost $390 over the last two tournaments
  • People also like doing transactions through the website more than doing it on the day/outside the tournament
  • Prices will also go down if it's just through Matt as we make the prices higher to get Matt a payable wage
• We decide we will go through with going back to the old way of running tickets, with payment going through the website and to Matt

Blood Bowl

Blood Bowl League

• Advertising did not end up going out over the weekend and the new commissioner form has yet to be made
• An account was made on the new website for Blood Bowl and has been set up for the league
• The current league still is not completed, the current idea is that 4th place will win as the top two have not completed their game, and Cam (a commissioner) is in third
• The poll between 11s and 7s came out with 11s on top
• The budget Anna set up was approved via circular

• Someone who is a cohost of a TTRPG podcast called Aussie Role Call has reached out to us wanting to know if we would like to be interviewed about the club, especially in relation to some of our events like Roleplay 4 Life
• She is wanting us for Wednesday September 3rd, all the people who do it will need is a stable internet connection, a good microphone, and a camera
• Jeremy and Gen are very eager to do this

OGM - Week 6, Monday the 25th August @ 2pm

• We have received two amendments, submissions have been closed since Monday

• Nene is also fixing up the event attendance tabulation for viewing before/at the meeting

• Ella and Jeremy picked up the prizes, they are in the Monolith
• Fresher tables are looking a little slim, Frack will bump the freshers who haven't responded about it today
• EMP hasn't actually been approved because the Guild website is completely busted, it's being worked on

Relay 4 Life - Week 10, Saturday-Sunday 4th-5th of October

• UWASCA is interested in joining up with our team, we think they should sign up as a team and then get a space next to us, so we're technically the same team (and have a bigger space)

  • $747.30 for 8 Decks-worth of TCG Sleeves, 35 Boardgames-worth of Sleeves and 10 Deck-boxes to maintain our games
  • $57.80 for 4 Dice Trays, to minimise dice noise in the clubroom and protect our tables

  • Alex Knowles
• Gen is going to take over doing the Gatekeeper FAQ document as a long term goal
• We changed the gatekeeper colour on discord to pink for colour blindness accessibility
  • It's very cute

Webkeepers

• The constitution has been updated (thank you Jackie) since our amendment from the last AGM at the beginning of the year, the up to date and canonical version is on the Github
  • The TLDR is that some errors were found in the PDF version of our constitution on the Guild page and on our website, the Github has stayed correct through all of this
  • Jackie went through and noted the difference between the PDF/website and the Github and logged them all in the releases page and described the changes of each version of the constitution, this includes attaching the relevant constitutional amendments and minutes
• We will be sending the canonical version to Guild after the upcoming OGM
• The changes Jackie has made are still waiting to be accepted and made live on the constitution page on the website
• Jackie also wants some of us to flick through the releases page in the Github to make sure it is readable to people who don't use Github

• We have been contacted by Students for Palestine about the upcoming Special General Meeting for the Student Referendum for Palestine

• Things they want us to do:
  • Let them use our club logo to say we have endorsed the referendum
  • Repost what Guild posts about the referendum on socials
  • Encourage club members to go along to the referendum
• We are happy to share their posts about it on our socials and encourage club members to go to the referendum but we don't think we should have our club logo as an endorsement because we cannot really take a political stand as a club

Diet Culture

• There's been an issue regarding diet culture comments in the clubroom regarding stuff like not eating enough or skipping meals, discussing weight and similar things
• We will send a message out to gatekeepers about this as this sort of thing can be fairly triggering to some and can make the clubroom feel like an unsafe space
• This will be tied into a general message to gatekeepers about being wary of topics of conversation in the clubroom that can make people uncomfortable

• Jackie is at this meeting, she just did her test and thinks she did well, so she is now working on the playmats again (yayyy!)

• All the other Cam Hall clubs have an ABN
• Pros:
  • Will mean we don't have to remake the whole square account with every new treasurer
  • We will get a bank card, yay!
  • Will make Square stuff a lot easier in the long run
• (Slight) Cons:
  • We wouldn't have to submit a tax return, but would have to submit a form stating we are Not For Profit
  • Getting an ABN could mean we get audited (this is fine, we hate lying)
• This is something Anna would like to do in the long term, and hence won't be done immediately
