• We've had a request to run F/SNoM in an accessible venue
  • Ezone or CCZ could work
    • The set up of Ezone works better for the event structure, CCZ is very hard to get after hours access
  • Generally F/SNoM is run very casually rather than as a strict here and when event
    • It might still be worth it to book out a room during that time?
  • We will have to change the EMP as currently they are just repeated
  • It's difficult to make sure it's in EZONE consistently, because EZONE will be booked out for exams

Precon League - Semester 2

• Session 5 has been!
  • Attendance of 20
    • No notes
• Session 6 (this week) is the last, it is just for prizing
• $390 for prizing
  • We'll be paying $195 of prizing (halved with TTECU)
  • We'll need TTECU's bank details
• Kynan met with Good Games Morley
• We are still determining what we do for prizing, over misunderstanding about prizing budget
• Kynan will discuss with ECU about prizing situation
  • We're both using the entire $390 for prizing
• There seems to be an misunderstanding with the discount GGs offers for committee purchases
  • They are under the impression that the discount was reduced from 15% to 10% earlier this year, while we are under the impression that it has stayed 15%

• There is a new prerelease happening!
• Nate will email them this Sunday to organise the kits

  • Next busy bee will be announced over a month in advance, being a gatekeeper is a privilege and a responsibility and that includes making a concerted effort to go to Busy Bees
