  MTG Club Deck Updates

• Still waiting on cards to arrive

• Archidekt isn't being kept up to date
  • Without being asked, Gibbi and Xane logged all of the decks (absolute kings, very slay)
  • A link has been sent to Josh, so he'll go update them all
  • Will have to redo them once Mani makes changes
• Hoard of Notions deck is missing a card
• Jhoira deck is missing a card
• Mani has some questions regarding decks
  • Josh assumed the changes made would be roughly equivalent to before
  • For any difference in the price of the replacement cards, Mani would be reimbursed
  • Josh's estimation: ~$50 in reimbursement
    • A change of ~20 cards
    • Some being taken out are expensive

Pokemon Decks

• Chris is no longer picking up some of the decks

• Nene is interested in switching out some of the proxies

  • Will take out some of the old proxy cards (for the original decks), replacing them with Nene's "cool new proxies" > Nene: replace some of the old proxies with new ones for the Pokemon decks

    Combined TCG Extravaganza - likely after exams

• Event with multiple TCG formats (Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, maybe Flesh and Blood)

• Will likely be after exams due to general busyness

  Wargaming

Next Warhammer Tournament

• Last discussed: Meeting #26
• Nix has been talking to Matt about it
• May be October 12th, but would push back BB4L
  • If we do push back BB4L, the Relay4Life page will be down by then
• With that in mind, it could instead be October 26th
  • Is the first day of exams
• Welp, will probably have to be post-exams
• Also, people tend to like Doubles tournaments more, so will be a Doubles Tournament
  • Playing with a friend

• Everytime we run an event with the terrain, it helps pay it off a little bit (for Matt)

  • Matt threw out the idea that we would use the money from this event to fund himself, and potentially 2 other people, to go to Atlanta for Warhammer
    • Committee tends to agree that we likely won't do a fundraiser for this, as it doesn't quite match our goals
  • Are still happy to have a normal tournament for now!
  • However, the idea of a fundraising tournament is a good idea, but maybe later (as other fundraising events are happening close together)

• From looking at the calendar, potentially Week 11

• "A Friday looks nice, playing video games after a long week"
  • However, this would mean facilitating wargames 3 weeks in a row

  Blood Bowl for Life - Week 11, Saturday, the 12/10, starting at 9am

• The Blood Bowl Commissioners hashed it out and decided on the 12/10
