    • I went to Prosh, and gave people water
    • I drove Jasmine 500m away from this meeting

    • I made new regulations for the new library high-demand system.
    • I've started to make a calendar so that people can look at our events
    • And I'm starting to compile all the passwords that we have

Donald: Finalise and publish AGM minutes

  • Librarian's Report:
    • Ryan finally retrieved his card two minutes before this meeting.
    • I did a few things
    • DH2 has been borrowed very extensively, so maybe putting it on the restricted list
    • White Dwarf is in the bin except for burnable ones
    • Tonight, all six files of the AD&D monster compendium is being taken home and compiling one full set.
    • If I get bored, I might start checking online availability of things
    • There are a few things we should probably keep
    • Going to updated LibraryThing with how damaged things are
    • Looked into a few new platforms to replace LibraryThing
    • Book Buys? When should we do that?
    • After SwanCon probably

    • We had three freshers
    • Fresher Campaign going well
    • People happy with all of their fresher campaigns
    • Mine’s going good - except I left to go to another thing
    • I got inspiration and I’m possessed by a six y/o kid.

Usual Suspects:

One-Shots:

  • One-Page RPGs happened, instead of Mutants & Masterminds
  • A lot of scheduling conflicts
  • We had fun regardless
  • 10 people showed up
  • Pretty decent turnout considering everything
  • Next one is in two/three weeks time
  • Poll for the Unigames games, asking what games people can GM, to determine upcoming one-shots
  • This will be open poll, a nesesecary evil
  • Sausage Sizzle one-shot over study break
  • Date TBD, 3rd or 6th probably

Board Games:

  • Next week Thursday, Collab with access
  • CCZ is fully booked, one of the lecture rooms?
  • Access is making the event
  • UPS Collab:
  • Emailing back and forth with their president
  • Looking to host in their clubroom
  • Week 6 probably, right after study break
  • Malaysian Cultural Society will be borrowing some board games from us

  • We should specifically ask clubs whether they want someone there to help teach the games

Regulations:

  • New regulations approved:
    • Some library items chosen by the librarian may be marked as "high demand". These items can only be long-term borrowed overnight or from Friday to Monday, in an attempt to increase availability to members.
      • These items can still be short-term borrowed within Cameron Hall.
    • If the Librarian notices that a resource or resources is overdue or was returned late, the borrower gets a "strike".
    • The Librarian will attempt to contact the member in question, explaining the consequences of the "strike", along with the date the resource(s) needs to be returned by.
    • If the resource(s) has not been returned within two days after this contact, the borrower will receive another strike at each following Committee meeting until the resource(s) is returned.
    • Upon reaching three "strikes", the member in question will have their long-term borrowing privileges revoked.
    • All "strikes" will be removed and all borrowing privileges reinstated at the beginning of each UWA semester.
  • Dark Heresy 2 is added to High-Demand list

Donald: Update new regulations on the website

Room Priority:

  • Discussion about room priority takes places, especially regarding long campaigns taking up the room
  • Decision: Deal with on a case-by-case basis

Jake's Warhammer thing:

  • Running at the same time as barbecue one-shot, Jake wants to run a big Warhammer game
  • Noise level might be a problem, but should be fine
  • Happening on Tuesday 3rd April

Jake and Aoibhinn: Book loft + help with EMP for Jake's Warhammer game

Nerd Book Club:

  • Emily proposes a Nerd Book Club
  • Regular discussion/learning about various topics
  • Examples: How to GM, Warhammer lore, is D20s better than D10s?
  • Possibly weekly if enough demand
  • Probably Mondays because there's no fresher campaigns

Emily: Organise Nerd Book Club thing more
