  • The machine was locked in UCC until they could be returned

  • If the fine is applied, Unigames is not prepared to pay it
  • It also should not come out of the charity money
  • Another meeting to be scheduled
  • Money has not been donated until we know the EFTPOS amounts
  • Suggestions have been made to perhaps move Charity Vigil to semester 1, so that it doesn't "clash" with Relay for Life.
    • Possible 2020 vision meeting with other clubs to nail out event dates?
