Reality Fracture Prerelease - Sunday 27th of September

• Product shipping issues with GGs means we're not totally sure if this will happen?
  • Tactics might need to supply the prerelease kits, but might not have as much prizing/have as much stock
  • Kynan went into Tactics this last week
    • Prerelease kits are in extremely short supply in Oceania/Asia
    • Tactics has 15 copies of prerelease kits (total)
    • They suggested boosters in place of the prerelease kits
  • We could do a Reality Fracture draft event because booster packs are not in short supply
• An EOI will need to be sent out to MtG general
• Kynan will run a draft for 10 or 20 people depending on supply
  • One or two boxes for the draft and another to sell in the clubroom

Roleplay 4 Life - 5th to 6th of September

• It just happened!
• Attendance of 23
• We raised $2,202.85!
  • We raised $1,272 online!
  • We raised $930.85 in person!

    • A lot of players might not come due to innate cost of the event, but this is kind of baked into the event type

  • With low committee member count people will have to be split between different areas

• It's was on Saturday!

  • Some people bought tickets but did not show up...
• There was a lot of issues with getting the room on the day, because another club had a performance but had not booked the room and they would not move
  • We ended up starting about an hour late
  • A lot of attendees showed up late too... so it was fine?
  • It was still really difficult because we had booked the room and had to cook food

Creature Camp - 13th-16th November

Meeting time

• We've discussed it a lot
• Lucy is unable to attend meetings in person for the rest of the semester (4 more weeks at present)
  • The Secretary is elected to do club correspondance and minute, so it is an issue
  • Alternating meeting times are difficult, as it leave a long and short time between the available two meeting (between Monday and Thursday leaves a 9 and 3 day gap)
  • We have tried our best to make a committee meeting happen at a time that is available for everyone. There is never malicious intent with committee decisions to impact committee members or the member base at large, which has not and will never be the case
    • Please be kind to your committee members!
• We can have a new meeting time from study break
  • Meetings will be Thursdays 11am or 1pm

Feedback

• We received feedback about how our committee discord functions
• Conversations happen in our private committee discord, which the general memberbase is not privy to. These leads the memberbase to only know the outcome of every public decision, and not be aware of all of the reasoning behind it, or every committee member's perspective
• The person who submitted the feedback claims that this is leading towards animosity between committee and the general memberbase
• A public discord chat isn't helpful, a new section could be added in the minutes about what we discussed in the Discord that is not already covered by the other sections (likely 1-2 points)
