It is not going to happen, with us!

- Valerie and Rex already want to GM (we are sooo skilled at GMing)

  - Rex cannot attend anymore
Getting an accessible venue will be super hard on the weekend, so it will just be in the clubroom
- We can only do so much for accessibility... silly UWA

- It will also be booked out during exams

Card Wars (Adventure Time) Event, 23rd-25th November

A student at SAE has contacted us and is interested in collaborating
- They are composing an Adventure Time inspired soundtrack to perform at the event, so they would like the event to be based around Card Wars, an Adventure Time card game
We don't have Card Wars but they do, so we can totally do this event
Ella will do EMP and advertising
- In EZONE, so the music will be beautiful
Ella has taken this event over
- Ella will look to book the 23rd

A member Ash has mentioned wanting to write instructions on how to use the decks and the sideboards

We will be running:

Unigames Pyjama Party - Saturday 7th November @6-11pm

Ella wants to run a pyjama party in the loft, right after exams end
- The loft will be clean because Busy Bee will be on the same day
EMP, room booking, projector and projector screen are done and booked
There will be games, snacks, and movies!
- kind of like Unigames does Charity Vigil, but in PJs and with set end time
- Valerie is making and will host a Jeopardy game

Kynan resigned as OCM on the 20th of October effective immediately
- As this was the day after our OGM we decided to appoint the person who came after Vedant in votes
  - Nigella Gillard has been appointed OCM

Feedback

We have received some feedback from a member
- This was in regards to information on election candidates
  - He provides that creating a forum or post a week or so before A/OGMs with information on the candidates to help those who may not know them decide how to vote
- He has also mentioned election regulations
  - The regulations are not very clear on the rules in regards to campaigning for elections
Nene will look into what we may change for the future in regards to the clarity of campaigning as well as the ability for candidates to provide information on themselves for the benefit of members who may not know them but wish to vote in elections
- We will make sure with the solution to the feedback, we will try not to promote absentee votes over physical attendance due to the importance of reaching quorum
