Two Player Games - Monday 9th November @2-5pm

• Sophie would like to run a two player game event

• Valerie wants to run a Halloween oneshot night
• We could donate blood also
  • Kind of at an inconvenient time for that, though

  • Valerie and Rex already want to GM (we are sooo skilled at GMing)
    • Valerie will run Vaesen
• Getting an accessible venue will be super hard on the weekend, so it will just be in the clubroom
  • We can only do so much for accessibility... silly UWA

Card Wars (Adventure Time) Event, Wednesday 25th November @5-8pm

• A student at SAE has contacted us and is interested in collaborating
  • They are composing an Adventure Time inspired soundtrack to perform at the event, so they would like the event to be based around Card Wars, an Adventure Time card game
• We don't have Card Wars but they do, so we can totally do this event
• Ella will do EMP and advertising
  • In EZONE, so the music will be beautiful
• Ella has been in correspondance and has chosen a date

Deck Maintenance

• A member Ash has mentioned wanting to write instructions on how to use the decks and the sideboards
  • Ash has done 1/4 decks
    • No updates
• 7 point decks have been updated
• Some old commander decks need to be updated

  • The changes are approximately $200, with $160 for replacing HoN
  • We could auction HoN at Uncharity, and have a new deck as a stretch goal

Creature Camp - 13th-16th November

• Roster is being sorted out, primarily needs filling in car schedule and RSA - but confirming with other clubs
• We will be running:

  • kind of like Unigames does Charity Vigil, but in PJs and with set end time

Feedback

• We have received some feedback from a member
  • This was in regards to information on election candidates
    • He provides that creating a forum or post a week or so before A/OGMs with information on the candidates to help those who may not know them decide how to vote
  • He has also mentioned election regulations
    • The regulations are not very clear on the rules in regards to campaigning for elections
• Nene will look into what we may change for the future in regards to the clarity of campaigning as well as the ability for candidates to provide information on themselves for the benefit of members who may not know them but wish to vote in elections
  • We will make sure with the solution to the feedback, we will try not to promote absentee votes over physical attendance due to the importance of reaching quorum
