• We will use the marquee for the event, we will have people to set it up (Gen, Ella, Nene)

• Surprise! They actually organised and advertised it and did it all

Esports Collab

• Esports is running an Unmatched Day and want to know if we'd like to collab on it
• Their plan is to host it in the Loft on Friday the 28th of November
  • That's also Phoenix Workshop day though

Mini Stuff

• Once the minis are painted, the magnets will be redone on them
• Lucy has gotten through a bunch of boxes of minis and all that remains now is what's in the Monolith
• We were informed someone was interested in painting minis at a mini painting day, they don't have minis of their own, and our selection of clubroom minis is very sad
  • It would be fun to have some nice, primed ones for people to paint
  • In 2023 a painting competition was ran where we had a bunch of 3D printed fairy cats, we could have something similar that we get for things like this

Tarot Cards

• Tarot deck has been gotten!
• Do we want it to be unborrowable?
  • Yes, it'll be unborrowable but we can change it in the future if needed

• The member who offered to donate stuff is back in Perth and talking to Jeremy about them
  • He said he could come in on Sunday, Jeremy was not available, but has asked if he will be available so we will see
• We have received Asia and Legendary Asia expansions, they have been stamped and entered

General Maintenance

• The mini boxes still need to be glued, we bought the wood glue for them previously

Committee Business

Canva

• Fuck Canva
• But also we can probably get Canva Pro for free?
• They provide free Canva Pro for non-profit organisations and charities, we just need to prove we are a non-profit (we are not eligible to be a charity)

Banking

• Last year we discussed doing regulations for the Commbank account and they didn't eventuate
• Now we need to write regulations that cover the Commbank account as well as the club card

• Connor wants us to start these
  • Some of us have already started cause we're awesome
• Everyone should write their own handover for their roles (with OCMs either doing an OCM handover together or a general handover)
• Additional handovers may be written, Nene wants to do a comprehensive list of things to keep track of month by month, graphic design handover can be finished also

• I have a spreadsheet where I keep track of what minutes we do and don't have and the discrepancies, have fixed a couple of discrepancies on the website so far
