  • Turns out a 5th Level D&D can output 60 damage a turn, have 22 AC, and have +10 Saving Throws

Board Games:

• UPS has problems with their room
• They're looking at Week 8 now
• So we're now doing one next week
• Theme: Space? Space?! Space!!!
• MCS gave us a thank you for "successfully executing" their board games night
• Access Boardgames night went well
• No one from Access apart from Nadia showed up

Alistair: Organise next week board games night

Magic:

• Sealed league still happening
• People are still organising games, which is great
• M25 draft being organised
• Commander Community in full force
• That's happening on Sunday 22nd April

Donald: Put up the prerelease event

Wargames and Painting:

• Emily's painting event went well
• Currently a wargame happening upstairs
• Event happening in an hour

Events:

ENVOY Collaborative Mega-Game (Watch the Skies):

• It was really really good
• It was organised really well
• 24 people showed up
• It was a lot of fun
• Another one happening next semester!

SwanCon:

• It happened
• Was good

• We all learned some games
• Gavin went to the UniSFA History Panel just to say "Unigames is the better club" at the end

Quiz Night:

• Quizmittee meeting is really late, but happening soon
• Tavern is booked
• Darkmittee hasn't spoken to each other
• Whoops
• That's being organised

Escape Hunt:

• People are excited - everyone Jasmine talked to is really keen.
• Emily knows some things but aren't here
• 23rd-29th April
• We need to make a form

Fresher Campaigns:

• Jasmine's one is going well
• Most people that Jasmine has talked to is having fun

Alaura: Confirm someone to run Amber Diceless at Camp

Gavin: Resurrect Taylor

LARP:

• Gavin is meeting tomorrow with Harry Potter club president and vice-president for potential HP larp
• If all is good, a subcommittee's job will organise it
• A large discussion about how to sell LARP to other people happens

Twilight Event:

• Gavin softly says "no"
• Alistair: "Everyone must go"
• Committee: "No"
• In all seriousness, happening on Friday. Come watch bad movies and then play bad games.

Room Update:

• Jasmine found a dead mouse in the clubroom
• Probably died from electocution from chewing through Donald's power cord
• Jake went into UWAnime, couldn't find cockroaches
• Maybe Science Union?
• We need to talk to tenancy
• It is easy to make people be cleaner, hopefully will help

Reimbursement:

• Alaura reimbursed herself for food run, another box of Ixalan, Water for PROSH, BBQ Supplies
• Taylor reimbursed for Hasp & Staple
• Nadia reimbursed for SwanCon ticket

General Business:

Gatekeeper Issue:

• Room was left open for a significant amount of time
• No one entered the room, which was lucky
• Gatekeeper has been informed

UCC Membership:

• UCC wants to charge us $25 for membership

Donald: Organise membership

Bulk first aid training:

• We should check if there's EpiPens in First aid kit have expired

Nadia: Nadia to organise time

Twitch Account:

• Needs to be rebranded to Unigames from Roleplay4Lyfe

Passwords and other cybersecurity:

Donald: Continue to work on compiling passwords

Committee Photoshoot:

• Happening at the next committee meeting on Saturday
• It'll be just like school photo day
