Tokyo Alley

• A person from Tokyo Alley has been in communication with Ash about Unigames running TCG tournaments for the event next year
• In the past (2024) we did some stuff with Tokyo Alley where we ran their Chill Zone for them and brought down boardgames
• They're interested this time in running TCG tournaments (but we are interested in running perhaps Catan or Bananagrams also)
• We can sign up for Tokyo Alley and give advice to next committee for events we think would go well there, but considering it will be a new committee, we can't promise that the next committee will do what we would like to do now
• Gen also thinks we could do intros to RPGs
• We will compile suggestions on the Discord and put them in communications/a handover

Major Events

Quiz Night - Week 8, Friday the 19th of September @ 7pm

• Subcom can't be dissolved
• Last week James said he didn't get all the money for tickets for the fresher tables, which means the subcom owes James ~$72 (split between all clubs, ~$18)
• Instead of redoing budget, are we okay with every club just giving James the money?
• Motion to give James Brierley $18.15 to reimburse him for the Quiz Night fresher tables
  • Passes unanimously

Joint Camp - Friday-Monday the 5th-8th of December

• Reps: Anna, Ash, Gen
• 49 tickets sold so far
• Do we want to reschedule our usual Monday meeting considering that's the day camp finishes?
  • Sort of, next meeting will be online at 6pm instead of in person
• Artemis may not be able to be there the entire duration of Joint Camp, Jay will take over as UniSFA's camp leader
• There will be a Phoenix/Piffle collaboration during Joint Camp on Saturday at noon

• We were informed someone was interested in painting minis at a mini painting day, they don't have minis of their own, and our selection of clubroom minis is very sad
  • It would be fun to have some nice, primed ones for people to paint
  • In 2023 a painting competition was ran where we had a bunch of 3D printed fairy cats, we could have something similar that we get for things like this
• Evvy cannot access files on her computer as she is in Europe
• We can wait on the mini painting competition until Evvy gets back
