• We discuss whether we should push the time back because security is always funny about letting everyone into the room before 9
  • Leaving notes on the booking hasn't worked
  • In the past calling ahead or emailing has sometimes worked

• We were informed someone was interested in painting minis at a mini painting day, they don't have minis of their own, and our selection of clubroom minis is very sad
  • It would be fun to have some nice, primed ones for people to paint
  • In 2023 a painting competition was ran where we had a bunch of 3D printed fairy cats, we could have something similar that we get for things like this
• Evvy cannot access files on her computer as she is in Europe
• We can wait on the mini painting competition until Evvy gets back
