• 2026 is gonna be a good year because all the digits add to 10
• the last time this happened was 2017. Much to consider.

• It's a new TCG that a lot of members are playing, we were asked whether we can get decks for it after we got the Keyforge decks for cheap
• We can run a Riftbound event before buying stuff and see how much interest there is
• We will maybe re-examine this if it becomes a Book Buy request

• Budget has been approved

Joint Camp - Friday-Monday the 5th-8th of December

• We also need to organise having stuff on the google drive for camp, last year this was a shared folder from UniSFA, no reason we can't do that again
  • Right now we have absolutely no documents or anything and just a bunch of photos
• Profit distribution can't be done yet, need confirmation from SSAF people
  • Remaining profit will be going to the Guild Food Pantry

O-Day - Friday the 20th of February

• And there won't be any for some time

• (Nene opinion) The early weeks of the year are the busiest of the entire year probably, organising a subcom among that as well would be hellish, especially with handover between at least 3(?) committees
• We discuss, it would just be a Unigames thing and not a subcom thing, and would be organised very very early so it can't fail in Week 4

• So much progress has been made!
• We discuss whether we keep highlights, flat colours, etc
• We actually gave Jackie feedback this time yayyyy
• We spend time figuring out how much work time Jackie has done, it's going to be 12 hours total probably, that's like $600
• We will discuss how we feel about this in closed section so we don't have an anti-artist conflict of interest (Jackie herself)
• We decide we will pay Jackie the money she is owed (12x50=600)

Mini Stuff

• Lucy has gotten through a bunch of boxes of minis and all that remains now is what's in the Monolith
• We were informed someone was interested in painting minis at a mini painting day, they don't have minis of their own, and our selection of clubroom minis is very sad
  • It would be fun to have some nice, primed ones for people to paint
  • In 2023 a painting competition was ran where we had a bunch of 3D printed fairy cats, we could have something similar that we get for things like this
• Evvy is back, Gen will contact her
