Warhammer Tournament - Saturday the 17th of January @ 8am

• Still no response from Venues because they opened back up today
• Matt would like to postpone the event, maybe a bit bold to have organised everything considering shutdown just ended
  • We also have low sign-ups, so low we can't run the event
• We could have it closer to the start of semester (late Jan early Feb?)
• Lucy will get another date from Matt

Ella Containment Zone

• We can book a Sport venue and get half price off the booking because we're a club

• We could also do an EOI for it, might be good considering it's a unique event and one of our least active parts of the club
  • Not to say LARP is inactive but as a committee we don't usually organise LARP events, we sort of facilitate info about other places to do LARP

• Would also ideally be in February before O-Week
  • But also with 4 week notice for EMP, it would land in O-Week, which would be difficult to organise considering how busy O-Week will be (even aside from O-Day)

• Budget has been sent to subcom, they have looked at it and "done fuck-all"
• Idea of us buying the Megagame copy again comes up, whether Jack splat buys it or we as a club buy it

Mini Stuff

• Lucy has gotten through a bunch of boxes of minis and all that remains now is what's in the Monolith
• We were informed someone was interested in painting minis at a mini painting day, they don't have minis of their own, and our selection of clubroom minis is very sad
  • It would be fun to have some nice, primed ones for people to paint
  • In 2023 a painting competition was ran where we had a bunch of 3D printed fairy cats, we could have something similar that we get for things like this
• Evvy is back, Gen will contact her
