• It happened!

• We used Tactics Eventlink for it
• Kits have been returned and paid for (with Commbank card)
• In the future we should make sure all Prereleases have 2 people at them

7 Point Event - Monday the 26th of January @ 6pm

• Ash suggests doing prizing for the event with Elliot out of their own pockets, free entry
• We decide if they want to do that, then sure

Quiz Night - Week 8, Friday the 19th of September @ 7pm

• Gen got very excited about Joint Camp before we got back to Quiz Night
• Feedback meeting for QUIZ NIGHT happened though, and subcom has been dissolved
• This will be gone next week

Joint Camp - Friday-Monday the 5th-8th of December

• Final meeting will be on the 26th, none of our reps can be there
• Lucy will be there as a proxy
  • Others may also be there

Uncharity Vigil - Friday-Saturday the 6-7th of February

• What events will we run?
  • Probably Bananagrams tournament
    • Multiple people can bring in more Bananagrams
  • Ta Yu tournament was popular last time also, but maybe two is a lot

Feedback about Announcements

• Taylor gave us feedback about how we structure our announcements
• Taylor had two suggestions:
  • 1. Separating the announcements and events into different channels
  • 2. A pinned post with each upcoming scheduled event and a link to its primary post
• Jeremy suggests pasting the description from the announcements into the Discord events you're meant to make
• We need to remember to do the discord events but we can also just have announcements and events in separate channels
  • Announcements can be general announcements about the club and major events
  • Events can be all the weekly events, SNoMs, etc

Semester 1 Book Buy

• We finally got Compile! It was already paid for

Mini Stuff

• Lucy has gotten through a bunch of boxes of minis and all that remains now is what's in the Monolith
• We were informed someone was interested in painting minis at a mini painting day, they don't have minis of their own, and our selection of clubroom minis is very sad
  • It would be fun to have some nice, primed ones for people to paint
  • In 2023 a painting competition was ran where we had a bunch of 3D printed fairy cats, we could have something similar that we get for things like this

• The mini boxes still need to be glued, we bought the wood glue for them previously
• One of the mini boxes is messed up in the front
• QR codes were printed, laminated, and put up
• We got new Exploding Kittens without mould!
