• Lorwyn will be put out after it because we had a couple extra packs, will be 7

7 Point Event - Sunday the 15th of February @ 12pm

• It happened!
• Attendance: 7
• Went very well, had a bunch of completely new people
• Ash is interested in doing an EMP for next committee so there's a set 7 Point event
• At that point (week 4-5) it would be good for newmittee to do EMP, so we will leave it for now

Lorwyn Draft - O-Week, Monday the 16th of February @ 12pm

• It happened!
• Attendance: 6
• Went well

Intro to MtG - Week 3, Friday the 13th of March @ 5pm

• People helping will be Sven, James, Winslade, Alexander, Jeremy

• Gen is still working on the Gatekeeper FAQ document

• Dragon has been updated on the website!
• Donald has also fixed a bug where people couldn't be recognised as having linked their Unigames website account to their Discord account
• Gatekeepers are now blocked from doing door announcements by the bot if their account isn't linked
• Website was briefly down because the site borked itself
• Sign is still being worked on
• Thank you Donald and Jackie!

New Dragon

• Dragon has been finished and put up everywhere except the Guild profile!
• Unless there are places I've forgotten about
• Places I have remembered though are Facebook, Instagram, Discord, the email, the website, and the bitly
• Tactics and Good Games have been emailed the new stickers
• There's also some interest in other stickers, Nene will investigate

Mini Stuff

• No updates

Lucy: Catalogue the minis in the clubroom

Battle Maps

• Ash got washable markers
• Jeremy wrote up a regulation change for the playmats so that one can be borrowed out
  • 5. Battle Mats:
    • Battle mats may only be borrowed short term, and cannot leave Cameron Hall.
    • In the case that Cameron Hall is both too busy and unsuitable to hold an intended game or event, they may be long-term borrowed provided that they don't leave the UWA campus and for no more than 24 hours.
      • When doing this, both short-term and long-term borrowing procedures must be followed. (i.e. Long term borrow must be processed through the website or borrowing book, and a form of valid ID must be left attached to the wall box.)
    • Each battle mat has a number written on its corners, or has a name associated with it. Whenever a battle mat is borrowed, that number or name must be documented.
    • An exception to the above are the battle mat/s specified in the website, which may be borrowed out for 7 days or less with all regular borrowing rules applied.
• Motion to amend the restrictions on borrowing battle maps in the regulations:
  • Passes unanimously
• Washable markers have also been bought

• One of the mini boxes is messed up in the front
• Sleeves have been emailed about, we have some extra SPG money left over so we can get some Magic sleeves too
