  • There is new web page that has all the regulations on it

  • Prerelease event went up, already a pretty great response
  • Unigames has paid for a UCC membership as well.
• Librarian's Report:
  • I made the book buy thread
  • Did student leadership, it was useful but sucked
  • First aid traning, just need Taylor and Emily to respond to poll

  • I am now librarian
  • Leadership training, it made me behind on some assignment
  • Haven't spoken with georges yet

• It was good
• We made sausages, and people ate them
• Call of Cthulhu, Wednesday or Friday probably
• We streamed a one-shot on Monday as well
• Someone wanted to buy Donald a pie
• Alaura successfully predicted the plot an hour before we got to it

Board Games:

• Next thing on Monday
• Space theme!
• EMPs four weeks in advance? Hah!
• Twilight event was both horrifying and succesful

Magic:

• Donald made an event for the prerelease
• Trying to make a M25 draft
• Happening on Tuesday, 6:30
• Sealed league still happening
• Last round starting soon

  Events:

Escape Hunt:

• Deal we had with them last time: they let us have the whole place for a 4-hour block
• 16 people rotated through each room
• Emily mostly ahs been taking control of things
• Last time since we did it on a weeknight people payed like $25 a head
• If we bring that number of people it's like $400 for Escape Hunt guaranteed as a block. People got a chance to do all three rooms.
• We can guarantee 400-500 to Escape Hunt for a four or so hour block.
• Escape Hunt soft caps people at like 20 people.
• We can exceed any caps of people by having people just waiting around in freo
• Gonna try and book it for Thursday 26th April.

Quiz Night:

• Darkmittee still hasn't met
• Happening Thursday from 1-2pm

Gavin: Make an agenda for Quiz night meeting

Fresher Campaigns:

• Most of them didn't run over study break
• Apparently it's a break for studying? ¯_(ツ)_/¯

LARP:

• Gavin met with the Harry Potter people
• Liam is not involved but he wrote a full page thing but he is also not involved
• Running it with UniSFA as well as the Harry Potter society
• We need to pick a subcommittee
• Jasmine and Aoibhinn are our subcommittee. That was easy.

• Nadia has a group chat set up, ready to go

• Needs to be rebranded to "Unigames UWA" from Roleplay4Lyfe

Alaura: Change Twitch account name

Relay Quiz Night thing:

• Relay for Life is holding a quiz night
• Unigainz is interested
• Tables of 8, $10 a ticket, Thursday 3rd of May

Committee Photoshoot:

• Happening at the next committee meeting on Saturday
• It'll be just like school photo day

Book Buy:

• Gavin wants it to happen in April
• We need time immediately after a committee meeting, in the Tav
• A lot of discussion happens about the direction the library is taking
• A bit of discussion about special projects grants and whether it can be used for expensive board games (Kingdon Death: Monster is the main one in discussion.)
• Main discussion on the Book Buy thread
