Reports

President's Report (Nene)

• i have been president for almost exactly three months and have chaired all our committee meetings in that time
• i have helped with a few subcoms including roleplay for life, relay for life, and a tiny bit with joint camp
• i wrote our applications for best soc club and best soc community engagement, and we won best soc club!
• ive helped in some regard with quite a few of our weekly events as well as menial responsibilities
• ive also done almost every single food run since being back
• its not much, so i am very grateful to the rest of the committee for all the work theyve put in before and since ive been here

Vice President's Report (Ella)

• ♡ since the last general meeting, I have run or organised another 15 events, bringing my total amount of events this year to 31
• ☆ Notable events I have been organising are Afterhours with UniSFA, Speed Tournament and Pyjama Party
• ♡ I have been on 3 subcoms this semester, chair of quiz night- where I handled all venue and food booking, along with all ticket sales, whip of joint camp and a helper on UWASCA BotC feast
• ☆ I also contributed significantly to roleplay for life, making all advertising and game schedules
• ♡ I am a camp leader of joint camp, and have remade how food quantities are calculated, did the budget, tickets and info pack, along with advertising with the help of Nene
• ☆ I organised first aid training for 3 committees
• ♡ I have written most of the reimbursements this year, along with fulfilling treasurer duties in absence of the treasurer, including doing a cash deposit of almost $4000, organising the procurement of our SPG items and preparing our semester 2 grant application
• ☆ I wrote 3 club award applications with the help of Valerie
• ♡ I have continued to attend all SOCPAC meetings on behalf of Unigames
• ☆ I have also continued to organise our Phoenix zine

• ♡ Hype everyone on committee for making us the best club of 2026, good job team!

Secretary's Report (Lucy)

• Was on quiz subcom for darkmittee and did the minutes for those meetings
• Organised and ran Intro to Warmachine with more plans for the future!
• A lot of random admin tasks
• Had to miss quite a few meetings due to medical expenses but I'm back in the building
• I've been doing the Weekly What's On (almost) every week

Librarian's Report (Valerie)

• I have helped run 15 events since the last OGM, 8 of which I organised and ran myself, so 30 total this year!
• This included a bunch more Magic Nights, League Night, D20 Oneshot Night, as well as helping with organisation and advertising for others (I've probably put over 20 hours just into making graphics in the last 3 months!!)
• I've also made, edited, and filmed all of the hilarious reels posted so far
• I've done a bunch of things for the library such as improving the record of TCGs and other games on the website and helped give Riftbound more of a club presence with Kynan and Nate
• I've maintained the Event Tabulation sheet and repaired about half a dozen board games
• I have been on 2 subcoms, UWASCA (where I did minutes and helped advertise) and Joint Camp (where I have thought up a couple reel ideas...)

• I've written and published 5 minutes and helped some on the PAC award applications

  Fresher Rep's Report (Ronan)

• since last ogm i helped with roleplay 4 life and running our wonderful botc feast collab with uwasca (including being on subcom for that event)

• been helping out with reels alongside ella and valerie
• i have, of course, also done the game allocations for semester 2 fresher campaigns!! thank you so much to our fantastic fresher gms

OCM's Reports (Kynan, Rex, Sophie)

• Rex // Initiative: 7 on D8 (Second)

  • Since the Last OGM, I have been directly involved in the organisation and running of 4 events
  • for a total of 9 this year.
  • Of these events, two were major, those being relay for life and roleplay for life.
  • Timeline's looking alright folks

• Sophie // Initiative: 7 on D12 (Third)

  • Since the last OGM, I have run or organised 7 events, one of which was a collaborative event
  • I’ve done lots of advertising and emps, including most of this semester’s board game events.
  • Am a member of the joint camp subcommittee
  • Got first aid training for joint camp
  • Room maintenance including purchase of rug

• Kynan // Initiative: 15 on D20 (First)

  • have run 10 events since becoming OCM, with one more in the planning phase as of writing
  • The majority of it was precon league (the sleepless nights were worth it)
  • ive been doing deck maintenance for the mtg decks with the help of ash
  • Proxied both riftbound decks
  • Did a few more EMPs for other events
  • been on 1 subcom with Uwasca (hi crow :)), was mostly there to help with planning and acquiring some of the items
  • gotten first aid training in the event its needed for an event

• Nate

  • Hey everygamer sorry I couldn’t be there for a flashy resignation but bye lol
  • As for the things I have done since last ogm
  • I ran one event and helped with 2 others
  • I did a little bit of cam hall quiz night, including one the night logistics
  • I also got riftbound kits at some point ig
