The aim of the deck is use Noyan Dar, Roil Shaper to turn your lands into beaters and making them unblockable with Rogue's Passage, particularly Darksteel Citadel for its indestructible quality, and hit your opponents whilst controlling the board with counter magic, removal such as Capsize, and asymmetric board wipes like Planar Cleansing.

The deck runs as a typical Azorius control with the addition of a bit of aggro.
