External Borrowing Request Form

Unigames allows other clubs, organisations and people to borrow items for their events. This is a form to request items to borrow for such an event.

To guarantee that we can provide all items that your request, we ask that this form be submitted with a minimum of two weeks notice, with ideally three weeks notice.

Make sure the contact information you enter is correct, as the Librarian will contact you to discuss your request.

Please note: Items will only be available to borrow on the date you request. If your plans change after submitting this form, please contact the committee.
