External Reservation Request Form

Unigames allows other clubs, organisations and people to borrow items for their events. This is a form to request items to borrow for such an event.

To guarantee that we can provide all items that your request, we ask that this form be submitted with a minimum of two weeks notice, with ideally three weeks notice.

Make sure the contact information you enter is correct, as a committee member will contact you to discuss your request.

Please note: Items will only be available to borrow on the date you request. If your plans change after submitting this form, please contact the committee.
